[Mr Acton re House at Dudbridge] The Clerk reported a correspondence with the Solicitors of the Company as to the course to be pursued in terminating the occupation of the House at Dudbridge Wharf my Mr Acton and it was decided to give him notice December 24 to leave January 25/07.
[Wharf House Stonehouse] The Clerk reported that the Executors of the late Mr Charles Critchely, and paid the £10..- (Dilapidations Stonehouse Wharf House) as had been understood.
[Weighbridge Stonehouse] Messrs Bartletts A/c for the Stonehouse Wharf Weighbridge, was produced by Mr Snape, receipted - £46..-. This amount therefore, and not £46..5..0, is debited to the Reserve Fund.
[Ebley Swing Bridge] The Clerk reported Ebley Swing Bridge - noted in the Survey Report - having been repaired by Messrs Marling & Co Ltd.
