At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Walbridge on Wednesday the 15 day of February 1832
Present: M^r Samuel Fisher, M^r P H Fisher, D^r Darke, M^r Stanton, M^r Cosham, M^r Jos Fisher, M^r Croome, M^r Wyatt.
Examined the Books and Accounts of the Company.
Ordered that the following Bills be paid, viz:
George Warren: 25..15
John West: 12..8..9
Daniel Hawker: 10..19..3
R Bushell: 13..13..6½
Ordered - That Mess^rs Fisher be requested to watch the Progress of the Bill before Parliament to enable the Company of Proprietors of the Gloucester and Berkeley Canal to feed their Canal with Water through the Stroudwater Navigation and for that purpose they shall attend in London when they may consider it to be necessary to do so and employ any Parliamentary Agent or Agents and do all such other Acts as they may consider requisite to protect the Interests of the Company of Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation.
Ordered That the Consent of the Company to the said Bill be testified in the ordinary matter when it shall be requisite to do so.
