At a Special Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Walbridge on Monday the 27^th day of February 1832
Present: M^r Cosham, M^r Wyatt, M^r Jos^h Fisher, M^r Holbrow, M^r Grazebrook, M^r Sam^l Fisher, M^r Croome, M^r P H Fisher.
The Solicitor of the Gloucester & Berkeley Canal C^o having proposed a new Clause to be introduced into their intended Bill to enable them to erect a pair of Stop gates in our Canal below the Whitminster Lock & above the place where the Water is propose to be taken into our Navigation.
Ordered that permission be given to erect a pair of Stop Gates.
Ordered that the Clause for preserving the Whiteminster Weir be approved in addition to the clauses previously Submitted to the Committee.
