complaining that the present condition of the Framilode pound caused inconvenience to Mr Cookley's boats. The Clerk was instructed to have the weeding put in hand it being understood that the Gloucester & Berkeley Canal Company would assist.
Towing path at Dudbridge, Hilly Orchard
The Clerk reported that he had agreed the boundary of the Towing path at Hilly Orchard with Messrs Bruton & Knowles.

In view of their letter the Committee decided to withdraw its offer until Messrs Marling & Evans were in a position to make definite proposals: meanwhile some definite arrangements to be made as to the use of the path, say £2..10..0 a quarter from the 25^th March last.
Ordered that the next Meeting of the Committee be held at Wallbridge on the 30^th September 1936 @ 4 o'clock pm.
