[1937 Jany] Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 27^th Jany 1937 at 4 o'clock pm
Present: W T Bloxam, Henry R Hooper.
There being only two Members of the Committee being present there was no quorum but there being some matters requiring immediate attention it was decided to proceed with them subject to confirmation by the next Committee.
Wallbridge Wharf, M^r Hopson, deceased
It was reported that the rent, £10..- for the quarter ended 25 December last and the charge £10..- for extra space to the 25^th Dev last had not been received. After discussion the Chairman stated that he would see the Solicitors to the Executors and at same time mention the continuation of the tenancy of the Warehouse and land under the Agreement with the late M^r Hopson.
Dudbridge, Messrs Copeland-Chatterson & Co and Messrs Redler Patents
A letter from Messrs Redler Patents was read stating that they would effectively close up the gateway leading from the towing path to their premises next the lock at Dudbridge. The Agreement with Messrs Redler for a gateway to gardens in the Foundry Pound at Dudbridge was being prepared.
Stonehouse Wharf, L M S Railway, Fencing
The Clerk reported that the Railway Company had fenced their railway siding at Stonehouse Wharf.
