Mr Purnell having requested the Stroudwater Navigation Company no longer to permit the Water of the River Froome to pass through that Navigation for the supply of the Closter & Berkeley Canal, I hereby give you notice thereof, and that the Stroudwater Navigation Company are not voluntary parties to any further supply of the Water through their Canal.
