Jackson & Co of Coventry purchased scrap iron at Eastington.
Repairs required to roof of warehouse at Dudbridge. The chimney on the Wharf House, which is in danger or falling, to be repaired.
[1938 Feby] Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 16^th day of February @ 4 o'clock pm
Present: W R Bloxam, Henry R Hooper, Marcus Stewart, R J C Little.
There being only four Members of the Committee present there was no quorum but there being some matters requiring immediate attention it was decided to proceed with them subject to confirmation by the next Committee.
Stroud Gas Coy, Pipe at Roving Bridge
The Chairman stated that Agreement had been come to with the Gas Company.
Severn Fishery Board, Weeding Canal
The Chairman read a letter from the Board stating that the Company's letter would be considered by the Board early in May.
Dudbridge Wharf, M^r Wiggall's Tenancy
It was reported the M^r Wiggall had signed and paid for a fresh Agreement.
Sale of Old Iron, Eastington
It was reported that Jackson & Coy of Coventry had agreed to purchase the scrap iron at Eastington.
Dudbridge Wharf, Warehouse
The tenant, M^r Wiggall, reported tiles off and leakage. The repairs were ordered to be carried out.
Wharf House at Dudbridge, Chimney
The Clerk reported Chimney in danger of falling and that with the authority of the Chairman he had ordered the necessary repairs.
