Garden at Framilode to have fencing done.
[1938 Sept] Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 29^th day of September 1938 @ 4 o'clock pm
Present: W R Bloxam. Henry R Hooper, R J C Little, Stanley Marling.
There being only four Members of the Committee present there was no quorum, but there being some matters requiring immediate attention it was decided to proceed with them subject to confirmation by the next Committee.
Public Truste re Sir P S Marling Bart, deceased
The Clerk stated that he had nothing further to report.
Rents unpaid: M^r Baker, Mr Palmer
M^r Baker: after discussion it was decided that the matter should stand over.
The Clerk was instructed to continue to press M^r Palmer.
Framilode Property
The Clerk reported that the floor in M^r Meadow's cottage had been repaired.

The Committee directed that the fencing be done, details to be left to M^r Hooper.
West Gloucestershire Power C^o Ltd: Easement at Dudbridge on land leased by Messrs Jackson & Coy
After discussion it was left to the Company's Solicitors to inform Messrs Jackson.
Canal at Whitminster: M^r Parker's field, letter from Messrs Langley Smith & Sons
M^r Hooper stated that he had inspected the field and reported the result of his inspection.
The Chairman undertook to write Messrs Langley Smith in reply.
