Mr Charles Baker, surveyor, to take view of road over canal bridge at the Ryeford.
Clerk to purchase oak planking for piling.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Walbridge on Thursday the 27^th day of December 1832
Present: M^r Cosham, M^r Wyatt, M^r J Fisher, M^r Stanton, M^r S Fisher, M^r Croome, D^r Darke, M^r Grazebrooj, M^r Wathen, M^r P H Fisher.
Examined the Books and Accounts of the Company.
Ordered that M^r Charles Baker, Surveyor, be desired to take a view of the Road leading over the Canal Bridge at the Ryeford, and report thereon and his opinion as to the best mode in which the same can be altered, to make it more convenient for the public travelling.
Ordered that our Clerk do purchase a quantity of Oak planking for piling, if he should have an opportunity of doing so to advantage.
