It appears that the sum of £277..12..3 has been received from the first day of January 1939 to the thirtieth day of June 1939 and a balance brought forward of £110..14..9 making a total of £388..7..0 of which sum £365..13..7 had been applied toward payment of wages, Disbursements, etc, and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £22..13..5.
Ordered that no Dividend for the Half Year Ending June 1939 be paid.
£562..0..0 London and North Eastern Railway Company 4% 2^nd Preference Stock valued at £59..0..2 and £ 511..19..5 3½% War Loan Stock valued at £477..8..3 stands to the credit of the Reserve Fund making a total of £536..8..5.
