Gloucester Corporation considering paying £135 for wayleaves for water pipes at Whitminster, Saul and Framilode.
Messrs Daniels estimate of £118 for replacement of Gas Works Bridge with an 8 ton bridge accepted as requested by Stroud Gas Light & Coke Co.

There being only three Members of the Committee present there was no quorum but there being some matters requiring immediate attention it was decided to proceed with them subject to confirmation by the next Committee.
Gloucester Corporation, Pipes crossing the Canal at Whitminster, Saul & Framilode
M^r Scudamore reports that the Estates Committee recommended a payment of £135 and costs, but that this had to be passed by the Council Meeting on the 29^th May.
Bristol Road Bridge, Damage by Messrs Howards Transport
Reported that no reply had been received to the Company's letter. It was decided to write & claim amount for the repair of the damage.
Banking A/c: Sale of 3½% War Stock
The Chairman reported the sale of £200 3½% War Stock and that the proceeds of £189..4..0 had been paid into Lloyds Bank, Stroud, on May 10^th.
Wallbridge Office, Kitchen Grate
The Clerk was authorised to purchase a Nottingham Grate, N^o 317, form Messrs Smith & Lee, this to be fixed by the Company's men.
Gas House Bridge, Renewal
It was decided to write the Gas Company at once, the Chairman to settle the letter for the Clerk to sent.
