It appears that the sum of £243..8..0 has been received from the 1^st day of January 1940 to the 30^th day of June 1940 including a sum of £198..4..0 proceeds of sale of £200 3½% War Stock making a total of £441..12..0 of which sum £433..8..4 had been applied towards payment of Wages, Disbursements, etc, and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £8..3..8.
Ordered that no Dividend for the Half Year ending June 1940 be paid.
£562..0..0 London and North Easter Ry 4% 2^nd Preference Stock valued at £46..15..4 and £511.19..5 3½% War Loan Stock valued at £507..19..11 stands to the credit of the Reserve Fund making a total of 554..5..3.
