South-Western Regional (Defence) Advisory Committee requested representation of Navigation on the Birmingham Committee.
[1941 Feby*] Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 19^th day of March @ 3 o'clock pm
Present: W R Bloxam, Henry R Hooper, G A Evans.
There being only three Members of the Committee present there was no quorum but there being some matters requiring immediate attention it was decided to proceed with them subject to confirmation by the next Committee.
Bristol Road Bridge, Repairs, M^R Hopson
It was reported that M^r Hopson hoped to be able to proceed with the repairs shortly.
M^r Cookley, Water service pipe to his premises at Framilode
It was noted that M^r Cookley had agreed to the 10/- annual way leave rent, first payment to be made to the commencement of the work.
Ministry of Transport
The Chairman read correspondence with the Ministry re Fire-watching, Anti-Gas Measures and carriage of traffic on Canals, and condition of the Stroudwater Canal.
