At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Walbridge on Thursday the 18^th day of April 1833
Present: M^r Cosham, M^r Wathen, M^r Jos Fisher, M^r P H Fisher, M^R S Fisher, M^r Grazebrook, D^r Darke, M^r Wyatt.
Examined the Books and Accounts of the Company.
George Hawker of the parish of Painswick in the county of Gloucester, Gentleman, attended on the part of James Duberly of Mount St, Berkeley Square, London, Esquire, Charles S^t Barbe Esquire and David Rowley Esquire, Executors named in the Codicil to the last Will and Testament of Sir James Duberly late of Gains Hall in the county of Huntingdon deceased, and made out their claim, as Such Executors as aforesaid, to Five Shares (Numbered 51, 82, 83,16 and 17) in the Undertaking called the Stroudwater Navigation, standing in the name of the said Sir James Duberly; by producing a Probate of the Last Will and Testament and Codicil of the said Sir James Duberly, the Will bearing date the 18^th day of June 1825 and the Codicil bearing date the 2^nd day of May 1832, and proved by the said Executors in the prerogative Court of Canterbury the 21^st day of July 1832: - And the Claim of the said James Duberly, Charles S^t Barbe and David Rowley, as such Executors as aforesaid, was admitted accordingly.
