Ordered that no Dividend for the Half Year ending June 1941 be paid.
£562 London & North Eastern Railway Cos 4% 2^nd Preference Stock valued at £56..4..0 and £511..19..5 3½% War Loan Stock valued at £526..1..0 stands to the credit of the Reserve Fund making a total of £582..5..0.
