It appears that the sum of £330..10..11 has been received from the 1^st day of January 1942 to the 30^th day of June 1943, and a balance brought forward of £51..12..11 making a total of £382..3..10 of which sum £319..0..7 has been applied towards payment of Wages, Disbursements, etc ,and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £63..3..3.
Ordered that no Dividend for the Half Year ending June 1942 be paid.
£562 London and North Eastern Railway 2^nd Preference Stock valued at £56..4.0 and £511..19..5 3½% War Loan Stock valued at £526..11..0 stands to the credit of the Reserve Fund making a total of £582..5..0.
