[1943 Feby] Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 17^th day of February 1943 @ 3 o'clock pm
Present: W R Bloxam, Henry R Hooper, G A Evans, G W Morton Ball.
There being only four Members of the Committee present there was no quorum but there being some matters requiring immediate attention it was decided to proceed with them subject to confirmation by the next Committee.
Property at Framilode: Water Supply
The Clerk reported that Messrs Bradley & Son had completed the work and it is satisfactory.
Swing Bridges, Repairs
The Clerk reported that the Shallow Lock, Saul and Ocean Bridges all needed attention. M^r G W Morton Ball undertook to inspect them & report to the next Meeting of the Committee.
Dudbridge Wharf & Premises, Requisition
The Clerk reported that the District Valuer had visited the site on the 12^th February & had agreed to the continuation of the yearly rent of £45 as paid by the previous tenants Messrs Jackson.
M^r J R Morton Ball's letter
M^r G W Morton Ball reported a letter from Mr J R Morton Ball asking if a Meeting could be held on Wednesday the 14^th April instead of the 21^st April in order that he could attend. This was agreed by the Committee.
