[1943 March] Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on the 17^th day of March 1943 @ 3 o'clock pm
Present: W R Bloxam, Henry R Hooper, G W Morton Ball, G A Evans, R J C Little.
The memoranda of the proceedings held on the 16^th December 1942, 27^th January and 17^th February 1943 were confirmed.
Swing Bridges, Repairs
Mr Ball's report was considered and adopted. Mr Hopson's estimate for timber for Saul Bridge and Shallow Lock Bridge was accepted. The Clerk was authorized to order four larch planks each 25'x11"x3" for stock. The Committee directed that the repair of Shallow Lock Bridge be undertaken first.

The Chairman read a letter from Messrs Leicester Lovell & Coy Ltd; after discussion it was decided to suggest a meeting with a sub Committee consisting of the Chairman and M^r Hooper, to meet on Tuesday afternoon next, at the Chairman's Office @ 2.30.
