At a General Half Yearly Meeting of the Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 28^th day of July 1943 @ 3.30 o'clock pm

It appears that the sum of £379..10..6 has been received from the 1^st day of January 1943 to the 30^th day of June 1943 and a balance brought forward of £86..3..1 making a total of £465..13..7 of which sum £322..14..5 has been applied towards payment of wages, Disbursements, etc, and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £142..19..2.
Ordered that no Dividend for the Half Year ending 30^th June 1943 be paid.
£562 London & North Eastern Railway Company 4% 2^nd Preference Stock valued at £56..4..0 and £511..19..5 3½% War Loan Stock valued at £526..1..0 stands to the credit of the Reserve Fund making a total of £582,,5,,0,
Resolved that the following Gentlemen form the Committee for the year next following or until another Committee be appointed:

Resolved that the £562 London and North Eastern Railway Company 4% Second Preference Stock be sold and that the proceeds of the sale be reinvested in 3% National Defence Loan 1954/58.
