Ashes put on towpath at Framilode by Mrs Aldridge were unsuitable.
Committee decided against advertising sale of withy in Citizen.

There being only four Members of the Committee present there was no quorum but there being some matters requiring immediate attention it was decided to proceed with them subject to confirmation by the next Committee.
Fire Force Association, Water from the Canal
The Committee agreed to accept 4^s/6 instead of the nominal 10^s/- charge as set out in the minute of September last.
Canal at Whitminster, RAF moorage charges
The Clerk reported that Flight L^t Fox had acknowledged the Company's letter by telephone stating that he had put the matter forward - no further communication. The Committee directed that another reminder be sent.
Lodgemore Bridge - Repair
It was reported that M^r Hopson had undertaken to carry out the repair and that the necessary timber had been ordered.
Framilode Towing Path, Mrs Aldridge
The Chairman had settled a letter which the Clerk had sent to Mrs Aldridge. The Clerk reported that the ashes referred to be her were unsuitable for the towing path and that her man had been so informed. Mrs Aldridge had not replied to the Company's letter.
Sale of Withy at Stonehouse
After discussion the Committee decided to withdraw their instruction that the withy top be advertised for sale in the "Citizen".
Hopson's A/c
The Committee authorised the payment of a further £40 on account and a Cheque was drawn and signed accordingly.
