[1944 Nov] Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 15^th November 1944 @ 3 o'clock pm
Present: W R Bloxam, Henry R Hooper, G A Evans, R J C Little.
There being only four Members of the Committee present there was no quorum but there being some matters requiring immediate attention it was decided to proceed with them subject to confirmation by the next Committee.

The Chairman stated that the Agreement was not yet completed.

There was nothing to report.
Eastington Lockhouse Garden Wall, Damage, United States Army
The Chairman read a letter from the Assistant Director of Claims, under date the 11^th November, stating that his file was with higher authority for consideration. He anticipated receiving the back shortly and immediately on doing so would write the Company further.
Wallbridge Offices, Outbuildings
It was reported that M^r Hopson had not yet sent in an estimate for the proposed repairs.
Stonehouse Wharfhouse, Roof
The Chairman read a letter from the tenant of the house reporting that the roof needed some attention. The Chairman stated that he had instructed the Clerk to ask M^r Blick of Stonehouse to do what is necessary which he would carry out as soon as the weather would allow.
