Roof of Eastington Dock House needs attention.
[1945 Feby] Committee Meeting held at Rowcroft Stroud on the 21^st February 1945 @ 3 o'clock pm
Present: W R Bloxam, Henry R Hooper, G A Evanc, R J C Little.
There being only four Members of the Committee present there was no quorum but there being some matters requiring immediate attention it was decided to proceed with them subject to confirmation by the next Committee.
Canal, M^r Horsfall's letter
M^r Horsefall's letter of the 10^th January last was read and discussed, and the Chairman undertook to settle a reply.
Dockhouse at Eastington, Roof
The Clerk reported that the roof of the Dockhouse needed attention. The Chairman stated that he had instructed the Clerk to ask Mr Hopson to do what is necessary which he would carry out at first opportunity.
