Summary

Mr Thomas Wall, joint occupier of house at Dudbridge Wharf, allowed £15 by discharge of half year’s rent for sum spent by him on repair of house, in addition to £5 formerly allowed, provided there is a letter from Mr John George declaring that Mr Wall is to be Company's tenant in house at wharf. Not to remove fixtures and fittings.
Mr J C Croome, Mr P H Fisher, Mr Thomas Croome to be a deputation of Committee to Messrs Stanton’s on part of Mr Snowden, proprietor of lands belonging to Lodgemore, to confer with them as to fencing of his lands from Company's towing path.
Rents in future to be collected quarterly.

At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Walbridge on Thursday the 17^th day of April 1834
Present: M^r Cosham, M^r P H Fisher, M^r S Fisher, M^r Wyatt, M^r Jos Fisher, M^r Grazebrook, M^r Wood, M^r Wathen, M^r F Eycott, M^r Croome, M^r T C Croome.
Examined the Books & Accounts of the Company.
M^r Tho^s Wall Jun^r (occupier of the House at Dudbridge Wharf) having applied for an allowance in consideration of the time expended by him in and about the repairs to that House, in addition to the Sum of £5 formerly allowed on that account,
Ordered that he be allowed the Sum of £15 by a discharge of this Half year's Rent to be due at Midsummer next, on his producing a letter from M^r John George declaring the M^r Wall is to be the Company's Tenant for the House, Wharf, etc. He offering not to remove any of the fixtures, etc.
Ordered that the following Gentlemen (viz: M^r T C Croome, M^r P H Fisher & M^r Tho^s Croome) be a Deputation of the Committee to wait on Mess^rs Stantons (on the part of M^r Snowden the proprietor of the Lands belonging to Lodgemore) to confer and negociate with them as to the fencing of his Lands from the Company's Towing path.
Ordered that the Rents payable to the Company be in future paid and the collection enforced Quarterly, and notice thereof given to the respective Tenants accordingly.
