Copy of amended Bill of the Gloucester & Berkeley Canal Company to have seal of this Company affixed.
Messrs Stanton’s offer that Mr Snowden, at own expense, make proposed fences and release Company from all liability for 20s 3d per perch of 16½ft, between Lodgemore culvert of Painswick Water and wall of gas works. Offer accepted provided Company released from all liability to fence or repair the Rack Leaze in Painswick parish. Land sold subject to liability of fencing falling on purchaser and provided towing be preserved in uniform and ample width.
