Mr Eycott to report on alterations in wall at the Ryeford asked for by John King.
Credit to Bristol Carriers reduced to 3 months.
Slabs and gate timber nearly exhausted. More to be procured from Gatcombe in the Forest of Dean at average of 2d per foot. John Burbidge and Organ to look out for 5000 ft.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Walbridge on Thursday the 19^th day of April 1838
Present: M^r Cosham, M^r F Eycott, M^r Jos^h Fisher, M^r W Beard, M^r Holbrow, M^r Wyatt, M^r T C Croome.
Examined the Books and Accounts of the Company.
Ordered the following Bills be paid:

Samuel Smith: -..16..0
R Bushell: 2..7..11
Ordered that M^r Eycott, M^r Beard & T C Croome be a …(?) to look at and to report to the General Meeting on Thursday next the 26^th Inst. the alterations in the Wall at the Ryeford which have been asked for by M^r John King.
Ordered That the Credit given to the Bristol Carriers be reduced to three months and that all accounts be settled within three months.
It being reported that the Slabs and Pole Timber belonging to the Company is nearly exhausted and that more can be procured at Gatcombe in the Forest of Dean on an Average of 2^d per foot,
Ordered that 5000 feet be bought and that John Burbidge and Organ be instructed to look out such quantity.
