Thomas Clutterbuck claimed shares nos.118,119, will of Mary Clutterbuck.
Mr Mason to purchase timber for planking,
At an adjourned Committee Meeting held at the Committee Room at Walbridge on Friday the 23rd day of April 1841
Present: M^r Joseph Fisher, M^R John Holbrow, P H Fisher, H^y Wyatt, Sam^l Fisher, W Cosham, R Hughes, Geo Wathen, R Martin, T C Croome, G H Beard.
George Wathen of the Grange in the Parish of Painswick in the County of Gloucester Gentleman attended on behalf of Thomas Clutterbuck of Hardenhuish in the County of Wilts Esq^r the Executor named in the last Will and Testament of Mary Clutterbuck late of Minchinhampton in the County of Gloucester Spinster deceased having Date the first day of April 1840 and made out his Claim to two Shares Number 118 and 119 in the Undertaking called the Stroudwater Navigation standing in the Name of the said Mary Clutterbuck deceased, he having on the fifteenth day of March last produced the Probate of the Will of the said Mary Clutterbuck under the Seal of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury bearing fate the Twenty Second day of February 1841 and the Claim of the said Thomas Clutterbuck to the said two Shares was admitted accordingly.
Ordered that M^r Mason be authorized to purchase Timber for the purpose of planking, not exceeding £50 in amount.
