At a General Half Yearly Meeting of the Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 22n^d July 1925 @ 3.30 o'clock pm

It appears that the sum of £850..14..2 has been received from the 1^st day of January 1925 to the 30 June 1925 and a balance brought forward of £142..7..2 from the last account making a total of £993..1..4 of which sum £739..18..9 has been applied towards payment of wages, disbursements, etc, and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £253..2..7.
Ordered that NO Dividend for the Half Year ending June 1925 be paid.
£500..- in Cape of Good Hope 3½% Inscribed Stock costing £520..1..0 and £562 in London and North Eastern Railway C^os 4% second preference Stock costing £589..9..6 stands to the credit of the Reserve Fund making a total of £1109..10..6.
It was Resolved that the following Gentlemen form the Committee for the year next following or until another Committee be appointed:
