[1926 July] At a General Half Yearly Meeting of the Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 21^st day of July 1926 @ 3.30 o'clock pm

It appears that the sum of £707..10..7 has been received from the 1^st day of January 1926 to the 30^th June 1926 and a balance brought forward of £332..10..8 from the last account making a total of £1050..1..3 of which sum £878..2..1 had been applied towards payment of wages, disbursement, etc, and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £171..19..2 (including £6..1..1 to be transferred from Deposit account).
Ordered that NO Dividend for the Half-Year ending June 1926 be paid.
£500 Cape of Good Hope 3½% Inscribed Stock costing £520..1..0 and £562 in London and North Eastern Railway C^os 4% second preference Stock costing £589..9..6 and £487..9..6 standing at Lloyds Bank Ltd Stroud on Deposit Account stands to the credit of the Reserve Fund making a total of £1597.
It was Resolved that the following Gentlemen for the Committee for the year next following or until another Committee be appointed:
