It appears that the sum of £670..6..11 had been received from the first day of January to the 30^th day of June 1927 which with the balance brought forward of £13..16..7 and the amount transferred from the Reserve Fund of £339..5..0 making a total of £1025..8..6 of which sum £946..13..8 had been applied towards payment of wages, disbursements, etc, and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer £76..14..10.
Ordered that NO Dividend for the Half-Year ending 20^th June 1927 be paid.
£500 Cape of Good Hope 3½% Inscribed Stock valued at £395..0..0 and £562 London & North Eastern Railway C^o 4% second preference valued at £325..19..2 and £30..7..8 on Deposit at Lloyds Bank Ltd Stroud stands to the credit of the Reserve Fund making a total of £751..6..10, the sum of £339..5..0 having been transferred to the Revenue Account.
It was Resolved that the following Gentlemen form the Committee for the year nest following or until another Committee be appointed: Col J R Morton Ball, M^r W R Bloxam, M^r G A Evans, M^r H R Hooper, Major R J Caruthers-Little, M^r E P Little, M^r F A Little, M^r J Margetson, Col S S Marling.
