[1927 July] Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 20^th July 1928 @ 3 o'clock pm
Present: J Margetson, W R Bloxam, Henry R Hooper, Edward P Little, R J C Little, F A Little, Gd Evans,.
_Admiralty Tide Gauge, Framilode_
Agreement was duly signed and attested by the Chairman and the Clerk.
_Thames and Severn Canal_
A letter under date 15^th July was read from the Stroud Rural District Council respecting its contribution towards the upkeep of the Thames and Severn Canal 1927/28.
The Clerk was authorized to give Sir Lionel Darell Bart the names of Traders on this Canal between Stonehouse and Framilode as requested.
_Stonehouse Wharf_
An application made by M^r John Richings for Wharfage room had not been granted.
The Clerk was authorized to pay George Cook the bonus £3; for three months ending 30^th June 1927.
_National Transport and Omnibus C^o_
Permission had been given, for a limited time, to this Company to Park Omnibuses on the Wharf at Wallbridge, at a charge of 10s/- a week commencing 2^nd June last.
_Half Yearly Accounts_
M^r Dudbridge attended the Committee and produced the Accounts for the period from January 1^st to Jun 30^th and after discussion it was resolved to recommend No Dividend for Half-Year ended 30^th June 1928 be paid.
_Next Meeting_
It was decided not to hold a Meeting during August.
