The Head has been temporarily repaired, but as new heads are required the Clerk was instructed to obtain the cost of the necessary timber and submit to next Committee Meeting.
Withy bed at the Junction
In view of Mr Apperley's last letter, it was decided the Clerk should write and inform him that he must pay the whole 2£ before cutting the withies.
West Gloucestershire Power C^o
In reply to a letter concerning a technical alteration in the guarding of the wires over the Canal at Whitminster, the Clerk was instructed to write that the Committee agreed to the alteration.
Nest Meeting
It was mentioned that the next Meeting of Committee was proposed for January 25 1928 at 3pm with the General Half Yearly Meeting following at 3.30pm.
