It appears that the sum of £632..17..11 has been received from the 1^st day of July 1927 to the 31^st day of December 1927 and a balance brought forward of £76..14..10 from the last account making a total of £709..12..9 of which sum £639..1..8 has been applied towards payment of wages, disbursements, etc, and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £70..11..1.
Ordered that NO Dividend for the Half Year ending 31^st December 1927 be paid.
£500 Cape of Good Hope Stock (3½% Inscribed) valued at £395 and £562 in London and North Eastern Railway Cos 4% second preference valued at £325..19..2 and £28..19..0 on Deposit at Lloyd's Bank Ltd, Stroud stands to the credit of the Reserve Fund making a total of £750..5..2.
It was Resolved that M^r F A Little and M^r G A Evans be appointed to the Committee.
