It appears that the sum of £678..2..7 had been received from the first day of January to the 30^th day of June 1928 which with the balance brought forward of £70..11..1 making a total of £748..13..8 of which sum £698..12..3 has been applied towards payment of wages, disbursements, etc, and there remains in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of £50..1..5.
Ordered that NO Dividend for the Half Year ending June 1928 be paid.
£500 Cape of Good Hole Stock (3½% Inscribed) valued at £395 and £562 in London & North Eastern Railway Cos 4% Second Preference valued at £325..19..2 and £29..5..11, including 6/11 Interest transferred to Revenue A/c, on Deposit at Lloyds Bank Ltd, Stroud stands to the credit of the Reserve Fund making a total of £750..5..1.
It was Resolved that the following Gentlemen form the Committee for the year next following or until another Committee be appointed:
