[1929 March] Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 20^th day of March 1929 @ 3 o'clock pm
Present: Jack Margetson, Henry R Hooper, W R Bloxam, R J C Little.
Thames and Severn Canal
It was reported that £18..9..6 was standing to the credit of the Thames & Severn Canal Special A/c.
It was Resolved to draw a Cheque for £75..- in favour of the Thames and Severn Canal Special A/c.
Financial Assistance 1929/30
The Clerk produced a list of promises to date.
Stroud Traders Association
A request by the Association for the use of the Wharf at Wallbridge during the "Shopping Week" was granted.
A matter arising out of the letter from Messrs Strachan & C^o in reference to charges for entrance by gates at Wallbridge was adjourned for further information.
Ministry of Transport
The Clerk was directed to request Messrs Dudbridge & Sons the Companys Auditors to supply a copy of the Companys A/cs to the Ministry of Transport.
Canal Association
It was decided to continue the Companys subscription of £1..1..0 for the present.
