Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 17^th day of April 1929 @ 3 o'clock pm
Present: Jack Margetson. W R Bloxam, Henry R Hooper, R J C Little, Gd Evans.
The Memorandum of the proceedings at the Meeting held on 20^th March 1929 were read and confirmed.
Thames and Severn Canal
It was reported that £143..9..6 was standing to the credit of the Thames and Severn Canal Special A/c.
Resolved that a Cheque be drawn on this A/c for £100 in favour of the Gloucestershire County Council for the year ending March 31^st.
Coals per Railway to Lodgemore Mills: Wallbridge Wharf
The Clerk was instructed to inform Mr Lambert that in the special circumstances the Committee would accept a Wharfage charge of 1/- per ton.
National Childrens House at Ebley
If application to use the Canal for a special purpose is made, the Clerk is authorized to agree for this special occasion only.
Office at Wallbridge
The Clerk was instructed to have the woodwork of the windows painted.
