You could have the premises at an annual rent of £7 16s, you to pay rates. Mr Hopson will carry out some inside work next week
Amount in question is not distributed evenly. It is paid to defray expenses of attending Committee Meetings

Complaints received from farmers using the canal to water their cattle about tar running into the canal at Stonehouse Wharf. Can something be done to prevent tar entering canal?
I have measured the flow of water from the canal to your pond at Lodgemore. Flow was about 62,650 gallons an hour
Committee thanks him for his views on membership of the Canal Association
Committee point out that tar was running into the Canal at the Wharf. Hope that pollution can be discontinued
Re cleaning River Frome in Tything of Wheatenhurst, Company has done all it is safe to do. Cannot widen river on our side without making canal bank unsafe. If you carry out work that interferes with this canal you do so at your own risk

Drawing attention to traffic across Swing Bridges at Whitminster, Saul and Framilode. House of Lords has adjudged this requires them only to take traffic expected at time they were built. Our Committee will hold your council responsible for any damage
Company will hold you responsible for any silt build up or flooding due to the steps you are taking to prevent any water from Painswick Stream getting into Lodgemore Pond
Please let me have the old certificate in the name of P J Evans so a fresh one can be made out
