Stroudwater Canal not in a navigable condition.
Re one inch pipe you have laid to the canal at Stonehouse Ocean without our knowledge or consent to take a supply of water to your land. No objection to granting easement with usual form of agreement prpared by Navigation's solicitors. Wayleave £1 p.a. payable in advance.

Immediately remove any rubbish you have deposited on the towing path and in the canal. You have no right of entry on private towing path of Company for any purpose whatever.
You have recently drawn a window opening next to the canal towing path at Framilode. Company's permission should have been obtained. Company might agree on payment of one shilling annually. No right of entry to private towing path of Company.
Towing path is the private property of Navigation. Public not entitled to use it and cannot complain of its condition. Closed to the public from time to time.
