Robert Johnston Caruthers-Little and John Rowell claimed shares nos.9,21,23,24.25,41,75,90,104,110,134,159,173,193, will of Edward Palling Little.
in the Principal Probate Registry of His Majesty's High Court of Justice on the 25^th day of April 1933 and the claim was admitted accordingly and new tickets or titles ordered to be made out on the tickets of the said, ten shares, Sir Charles Murray Marling being delivered up.
William Richard Bloxam of Stroud in the County of Gloucester, Solicitor, attended under a written authority form Robert Johnston Caruthers-Little of Stroud in the County of Gloucester Solicitor, and John Rowell of "Lynfield" Stroud aforesaid Company Director Executors of the Will of Edward Palling Little late of Whitemoor, Amberley near Stroud aforesaid deceased who died on the 28^th December 1932 and at the time of his death held 14 shares in the Company of Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation numbered respectively 9, 21, 23, 24, 25, 41, 75, 90, 104, 110, 134, 159, 174, 193 now standing in the name of the said Edward Palling Little aforesaid in the Books of the said Company and made out their claim by producing the tickets or titles of the said 14 shares and the probate of the Will of the said Edward Palling Little the said Will bearing date 13^th December 1931 with a Codicil bearing date 7^th October 1932 and proved by the said Executors in the Principal Probate Registry of His Majestys High Court of Justice on the 23^rd day of February 1933 and the Claim was admitted accordingly and new tickets or titles ordered to be made out on the tickets or titles of the said Edward Palling Little being delivered up.
Ordered that the next Meeting be held on the 27^th day of September 1933 @ 4 o'clock pm,
