Ordered that no Dividend for the Half Year ending December 1933 be paid.
£500 Cape of Good Hope 3½% Inscribed Stock valued at £495..0..0 and £562 London and North Eastern Railway Coy 4% Preference Stock values at £213..11.2 and £39..3..2 including 4/6 Interest transferred to Revenue A/c, on Deposit at Lloyds Bank Ltd Stroud, stands to the credit of the Reserve Account making a total of £737..18..10.
