Cottage at Framilode ( W E Wathan, tenant)
The tenant reported that a few slates had slipped on the roof and that the grate in the kitchen was past any use. Mr Hopson had done what was necessary to the roof and the Committee accepted his estimate, £3..17..0 for a new grate,
Cottage at Framilode (F Byard, tenant)
Permission was given to M^r Byard the tenant to re-let the cottage.
Wallbridge Wharf, Entrance Gates
The Clerk reported that the Gates were now past repair. The Committee accepted M^r Hopson's estimate of £14..10..0, to provide a new pair complete.
