[1934] Committee Meeting held at Wallbridge on Wednesday the 24^th day of January 1934 @ 3 o'clock pm
Present: W R Bloxam, R J C Little, M Stewart.
Only three Members being present there was no quorum but there being some matters requiring immediate attention it was decided to proceed with them subject to confirmation by the next Committee.
Stonehouse Wharf, Tenancy
Letters from Messrs Ward & Son Ltd, and M^r Paynton, were read, and after discussion the Clerk was directed to see M^r Paynton and the tenant.
Gloucestershire County Council, Watercourse at Eastington
A letter from the County Surveyor was read stating that he had exhausted the funds at his disposal and could not consider the cleaning of the Watercourse.
Bridges
A letter from the Canal Association was read also a letter from the Ministry of Transport and the Chairman undertook to settle a reply for the Clerk.
Treasurer of the Company
A letter from Mr J L du Santoy acknowledging his appointment was read.
Ministry of Transport particulars of Canal
A letter from the Ministry asking for particulars of the waterway was read and the Clerk was directed to supply the information required.
Admiralty, Easement at Framilode
It was reported that the Admiralty had given Notice of its intention to give up possession
