General Meeting. Henry Wyatt and Mr Warman were elected to the Committee. Thomas Clutterbuck Croome was not elected.
At a General Meeting of the Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Wallbridge on Monday the 17th day of November 1865
M^r Jn^o Holbrow In the Chair.
M^r Rich^d Hawker proposed and M^r Geo Wathen seconded, That M^r Henry Wyatt be elected a Member of the Committee of this Navigation in the room of M^r Jn^o Gurney, who has resigned.
Carried unanimously.
M^r Gurney proposed and M^r Rich^d Hawker seconded that M^r Warman be elected a Member of the Committee of this Navigation in the room of M^r John Stanton who has resigned.
M^r Wood proposed and M^r Eycott seconded that M^R Tho^s Clutterbuck Croome be elected a Member of the Committee of this Navigation in the room of M^r Jn^o Stanton who has resigned.
M^r Warman was duly elected.
Resloved that our Clerk do write to M^r Wyatt and M^r Warman informing them that the were duly elected.
