AGM statement that accounts had been examined and confirmed
At a General Meeting of the Proprietors of the Stroudwater Navigation held this 3^d Day of October 1776 at the George Inn in Stroud
William Knight Esq^r in the Chair.
The Minutes of the last General Meeting have been read & confirm'd.
The several Books and Accounts was produced respecting the affairs of the Company (as directed by the Act of Parliament) were examined and confirmed.
Ordered That the next General Meeting of the Proprietors shall be held the first Thursday in April next in the Town of Stroud.
