The bridge at Oyle Mill be immediately gravelled.
The warehouse at Wallbridge to be 9ft high under the beams.
Margaret Lewis made out a claim for share 130, first owned by Timothy Lewis.
No stone to be sold to the highways for less than 3s per ton.
At a Meeting of the Committee held by Adjournment at the George Inn in Stroud on Thursday the 2^d of December 1779
Present: Joseph Wathen, James Dallaway, John Hollings, Thomas White, Thomas Baylis, John Allaway, Fream Arundell, Ben^m Grazebrook.
Read the Minutes of the last Meeting.
The Committee have not yet Staked out the Land of M^r Butcher.
Rece'd a Letter from Robert Sandford Esq^r wherein he approves of the proceedings of the Company relative to the payment of the money for the Lands at Ryford; Ordered that our Clerk do give Mess^rs Lane & Jepson the particulars of the same, in order that the money may be immediately paid into the Funds agreeable to their directions.
Geo: Maskells Acc^t of Brickmaking produced.
Our Clerk Reported that he has waited on Mess^rs Lane & Jepson relative to M^rs Balls affair, who informed him that nothing can be done in that Business till M^r Ingram Ball has put in his answer to the Bill in Chancery.

Margarett Lewis of Cirencester in the County of Glocester Widow and Administratix of Timothy Lewis late of Cirencester afores^d deceased, made out her Claim (by producing Letters of Administration) to one Share No 130, the Property of the said Timothy Lewis.
Ordered that no Stone be sold to the Highways for less that three Shillings per Ton.
Ordered a Bill to be drawn on the Treasurer for the Sum of One Hundred Pounds.
Adjourned the Meeting to Thursday the 16^th Instant at 4 o'Clock in the afternoon at the George Inn in Stroud.
