Daniel Ballard arrested by Messrs Jepson and Lane but has now paid the debt of £66 13s together with costs.
The old mill pond at Whitminster is to be deepened at the same time as the Navigation is stopped to repair Ryeford Double Lock.
At a Meeting of the Committee held by Adjournment at the George Inn in Stroud on Thursday the 15^th of May 1780

Read the Minutes of the last Meeting.
Continued the Order Relative to M^r Butchers Land.
Our Clerk Reported that Mess^rs Lane & Jepson have arrested M^r Dan^l Ballard in Consequence of which he has Paid the Debt and Costs.
Ordered that M^r Ballards Bill be examined and that the same be paid after deducting £5:5 being the Charge made by him for the Horse.
Continued the Order relative to the Wharf at Wallbridge.
Ordered that M^r B: Grazebrook be desired to gett some Person to View the Lands Occupied by Jn^o Archoll and Settle the Rent for the same, And Likewise to settle with him for his Damages and make enquiry relative to the Taxes.
Ordered that the Old Mill Pond at Whitmister be deepened, at the time the Navigation is stoped to Repair the Double Lock.
M^r Pashley produced his whole Account. Ordered that he do deliver in at our next Meeting the Particulars of the several Articles which are entered in the Gross.
Adjourn'd this Meeting to Thursday the 8^th of June next at Ten o'Clock in the Morning at the George Inn in Stroud.
