Tenants in arrears for rent - payment within one month or seizure made.
Deed of conveyance from Corporation of Gloucester and Geo Augustus Selwyn Esquire lodged in hands of Messrs Lane & Jepson till payment of money.
Messrs Wathen, Colborne and Dallaway to settle with Mr Knight on inspecting his land.
At a Meeting of the Committee held by Adjournment at the George Inn in Stroud on Thursday the 8^th of January 1784
Present: Joseph Wathen, Nathaniel Winchcombe, John Hollings, Thomas Baylis, James Dallaway, Thomas White, Ben^n Grazebrook.

M^r James's Business is not yet Settled.
Ordered that the Tennants who are in arrear for Rent have Notice given them (within one Week) that in case they do not pay the same in one Month from such Notice that a seizier will be made for such arrears.
Our Clerk Reported that the Deed of Conveyance from the Corporation of Glocester and Geo: Augustus Selwyn Esq^r is executed and loged in Mess^r Lane & Jepsons hands till payment of the money. Ordered that our Clerk do waite on them & pay the money and deposit the Deed in the Treasurers hands.
Rece'd Mess^rs Lane & Jepsons Accounts for Law Business;efferr'd the consideration of them to a future Meeting.
Ordered that Mess^rs Wathen, Colborne & Dallaway be requested to waite upon M^r Knight, in order to settle with him respecting his Land.
Adjourned this Meeting to Thursday the 19^th of February next at five O'Cock in the afternoon at the George Inn at Stroud.
