Wm Beard to continue as carpenter and lock keeper for one year. Wages 12 shillings per week.
Brewhouse at Framilode to have new roof covered with pan tiles.
Addition to be made to house on wharf at Wallbridge inhabited by John King. Cellar and counting house to be taken out of the warehouse.
Clerk to apply to Mr Chance for leave to land wool coming up canal for Mr White on land adjoining lock at Dudbridge with leave to bring waggons or carts to take away same.

Our Clerk Reported that W^m Beard has engaged to continue his place as Carpenter and Lock keeper for one Year from Michaelmas next at the wages of 12^s per Week.
M^r Palling has had Notice given him conformable to the order of the last Meeting,
Our Clerk Reported that he has wrote to M^r Sam^l King agreeable to the Order of the last Meeting.
Ordered that the Brewhouse at Framiload be new Roof'd and covered with Pan Tyle.
Ordered that an addition be made to the House on the Wharf at Walbridge inhabited by John King, agreeable to the Plan produced and that a Celler and Counting House be taken out of y^e Warehouse.
Ordered that our Clerk do apply to M^r Chance for Leave to Land Wool coming up the Canal for M^R White on the bit of Land adjoining the Lock at Dudbridge, with leave to bring Waggons or Carts to take away the same.
Adjourned this Meeting to Monday the 11^th of October next at five O'Clock in the afternoon at the George Inn at Stroud.
