Summary

Sudden death of Mr Thomas White prevented delivery to Mr Chambers.
Survey of Mr Reddal's orchard. No damage.
Corner piece of land at Ryeford to be sold to Mr John Hollings for £60.
Piece of meadow, late Baxters, and land late Mr Phillips, both in parish of Easton, to Mr Ben Grazebrook for 120 guineas. Produce from land to be conveyed free of tonnage.
John King abused trust. To be immediately dismissed from Company's service and given notice to quit the house at Michaelmas.
Richard Camm to have the care of the locks at Dudbridge in place of John King.

At a Meeting of the Committee held by adjournment on board the Companys Barge on Wednesday the 1^st of June 1785
Present: Joseph Wathen, Thomas Baylis, John Hollings, Nathaniel Winchcombe, John Allaway, Ben^n Grazebrook, Nathaniel Jones.
Read the Minutes of the two last Committee Meetings.
Our Clerk Reported that he has paid M^r Jepson for the Rev^d M^r Yates Land.
The Deed of Conveyance from M^r White to the Company is not yet prepared, but M^r Jepson has promised to prepare it soon as possible.
The Drain in Lady Orchard is now making and nearly compleated.
An Advertisment was inserted for the sale of Lands conformable to the Order of the Committee the 26^th of April last, but no purchasers appearing on the Day of Sale, the whole of the Lands remain unsold.
No Report in answer to the Order of the Committedd the 28^th of April last, on account of the sudden death of M^r White.
Taken a survey of M^r Reddals Orchard and found the same in a perfect dry state and no damage existing.
Agee'd to sell the Corner piece of Land at Ryford to M^r John Hollings for the Sum of Sixty pounds, to be taken to either at Midsummer or Xmas next at the option of M^r Hollings.
Agree'd to Sell the piece of Meadow (late Baxters) also the piece of Land late M^r Phillips both in the parish of Easton, to M^r Ben: Grazebrook for the Sum of One hundred and Twenty Guineas, M^r Grazebrook to have full liberty of conveying the produce of the said Land (during the time the same shall continue in his Family) upon the Navigation free of Tonnage ~~ to be taken to at Michaelmas next.
John King having abused the trust reposed in him, Ordered that he be immediately dismissed from the Companys Service, and have notice given him to quit the House wherein he now lives at Michaelmas next.
Ordered that Rich^d Cam be appointed to have the care of the two Locks at Dudbridge, in the room of Jn^o King.
Adjourn'd this Meeting to Monday the 20^th Instant at five O'Clock in the afternoon at the Swan Inn at Stroud.
