Thames & Severn have sent letter stating their compliance with resolve of 4 June. Basin on canal at Framilode, dock on Stroudwater River, warehouse at Framilode, and shoals along canal to be cleaned.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held on Board the Company's Barge on Tuesday the 17^th of June 1794
Present: John Allaway, Joseph Grazebrook, Benj^n Grazebrook, Sam^l Smith, Charles Freebury.
Read the Minutes of the last General and Special Meeting.
A Letter being received from the Committee of the Thames and Severn Navigation respecting their Compliance of a Resolve of the last Meeting.
Ordered according to the report of M^r Clowes a Bason on the Canal at Framiload, and a Dock on the Stroudwater River be set about as soon as possible. Also that a Warehouse at Framiload be built, and the Shoals in the different parts of the Canal be cleaned as son as convenient.
Adjourn'd this Meeting to Tuesday the 29^th of July next at 12 o'Clock in the forenoon at the George Inn in Stroud.
