Application of Mr Richard Williams of Framilode for tenancy of premises at Dudbridge accepted. £20 rent per year.
At a Meeting of the Committee of the Stroudwater Navigation held at the Committee Room at Wallbridge on Thursday the 27^th day of February 1862
Present: M^r C Hawker, M^r Tho^s Marling Chairman, J H Warman, H Harris, F Eycott, C Hooper, G H A Beard, T M Croome, C H Fisher.
M^r Richard Williams of Framilode attended and applied for the Tenancy of the premises at Dudbridge and after taking his application into consideration with others It was resolved that the premises by let to him on a yearly Tenancy with a Quarter's notice to quit on either side at a yearly rent of £20 payable quarterly. The Tenancy to commence 25^th March next but M^r Williams to have possession as soon as it is received from M^r Nurse.
